How to Make a Return

No matter the reason (change of mind included), you have 30 days to return the items. After this period you won't be able to return the items .To start the return process, first send us an email at info@colowear.com. We'll send you a return form and detailed information. To proceed, please pack your items safely and send them back our way.

Make sure that the items are in perfect, new-like conditions with all the tags attached and packed in the original packaging. Once you send them to us we will carefully inspect them and process your refund within 10 days. If it takes any longer, please contact us at info@colowear.com. This refund policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

Exchanges

Want to swap it for something else? No worries, just let us know at info@colowear.com and we’ll guide you through exchanging your item.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged order, please take photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible at info@colowear.com. We will do our best to quickly resolve the problem. We are very sorry when this happens.
